Commercial Greenhouses (risk group WB) often use a flexible (EVA) film material as the cladding. Presumably the material needs to comply with the flammability index requirements of C/AS5. This could be challenging - the test information may not be readily available. There are many commercial greenhouses around NZ, has this issue been encountered before?

It is matter of opinion, but Greenhouses are coming under “horticultural applications” and have low occupant load. I would say C/AS5, paragraph 4.17.10 shall apply. Make sure there is no “pick your own” and you shall be fine.
